HOW TO BUY A VIP MEMBERSHIP:

As from 2023, Iron Horse Productions are using the ROAG.org entry portal for all our entries. With our events becoming ever-more popular, we have decided to test an entry portal to help reduce our admin, so we can concentrate on making the events even better.

To enter one of the Iron Horse Productions events or buy a VIP membership you will now need to register each entrant with the ROAG.org system. This is free and is a lifetime membership which will then allow you to enter any event on their system quickly and easily using your “ROAG number”. You only have to fill in your personal details once and can then enter any event in the future (and buy VIP Memberships and lucky draw tickets).

Registration is simple, just go to ROAG.org and click the “Register With ROAG” button on the top right of the website (if you have never entered a race using the ROAG system), or “Login to ROAG” if you have used the system before. Once you have filled in all your information, you can log in using your unique “ROAG number” (or e-mail address), together with your password. If you forget your password, you can use your ID number as a password. 

Once you are registered and logged in, you can go to the Iron Horse Series page on ROAG, or go to ROAG.org and find the event you want and click either the MORE INFO or ENTER NOW buttons for that event. you will be able to enter using a credit card, instant EFT or bank transfer. If you do a bank transfer you will need to email your proof of payment to the ROAG office via info@roag.co.za.
